Where is Newport, Charlotte Hall Maryland? I am not familiar with any such property. As a matter of fact, I just went through the multiple listing and looked at all sales in Charlotte Hall for 2021, and there has not been a single property in the multiple listing listed by Obrien Realty or sold by Obrien Realty for 2021… I have no clue who you are, Winnie... That HOA was difficult to deal with - they have too much power and create such difficulties at a late stage in the process.... that HOA had all of us on edge until the day of closing, unfortunately....
