Highly recommend working with her. She was able to navigate all of the requests I through at her, ultimately helping us lease a number of rentals. Helped me rent a Single Family home in Puyallup, WA.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityUnreliable, unprofessional, and unexplainable with the experience dealing with this property management. Getting repairs done was impossible to the point we had to call the owner of the property to have it done. - Unlikely to recommend||2.02.0

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Tacoma, WAResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityHonestly, she is not responsive. We scheduled with her to view a home last Saturday and we waited over 30mins for her, called her multiple times, and texted her and she never showed up. Really messed up. - Will never recommend||1.01.0

I apologize for not responding to this review sooner. Anyone can say anything on the internet - that does not make what is stated true. I went to arbitration and all of the financial statements were reviewed and it was found that the monthly financials were in fact correct. We were able to settle without going to court. The 1099 was found to be correct after arbitration and the audit. When a contract is broken prior to the end of the first year there is a 2 month fee penalty. The tenant owed the rent that was sent to the office. DOL did an audit of the books. It was stated that "there is no fraud in this office, there is nothing illegal or unethical going on here”. I was not fined. When a new manager takes over a property and starts to enforce the lease it causes some tenants to "not be happy" with the new manager. I talked to all of them and visited the property regularly. I am recommended highly by several real estate agents and companies including Keller Williams.
