Thank you Larissa and Kyle! You both were such a pleasure to work with, and you also had the honor of being the first "prior to being a realtor" friend that I ever helped buy a house! You were both a treat to be around, as were your two boys. Despite the unfortunate first week with the insurance claim, I think you guys have found the perfect place to settle down for the time being, and by the looks of your social media, have been busy making the place your own since you moved in. ?? Woohoo! ?? Another old friend helped! These moments are quite literally why I wanted to be an agent for so long! I've always felt a calling to help people, and have over the years in many ways, but never in a sustainable way for my family, so being able to finally be in a career where both are possible is fantastic. Eric was the ideal client, as I knew he would be from our existing friendship, and in short order he had made up his mind on a lovely ?? property in a great part of the city, and the rest is as they say, history!
