As owner of Market Realty Group I apologize for the experience you have had. We do our best to follow up with every person who contacts us and sometimes unfortunately there have been times some have slipped thought the cracks. Your right we depend on technology to help us follow up with all the incoming web leads. Its a blessing and curse at the same time. In this instance obviously it hurt us because we have a unhappy prospective client who wasn't contacted. Again we apologize for your experience.
