I am so sorry you feel this way, I would love the opportunity to discuss and go over some of the facts of this transaction. Such as your home being listed by you as a “For Sale By Owner” and in this case you represent yourself and I represent the buyers therefore my fiduciary duty being to my clients “the buyers” . The house is/was in no way a “flip house” my clients did some major upgrades from granite countertops to removing walls, and much more.
