I did not act as a Realtor in this rental. I simply gave the lady the owner's contact information. I had nothing to do with the rental and I did not receive or want any commission. I did not act as a rental agent for either one of them The lady called me sometime during the second month to say the house was infested with bed bugs. I told her I had no control over her rental she needed to take it up with the owner. Any and all leases, checks, and/or deposits were between the home owner and the lady. I had absolutely nothing to do with any of it. It is so unfair to blame me for something I had nothing to do with. Lynn Stubblefield
