My apologies Lisa, I do strive to make all my clients transactions stress and hassle free. That was obviously not the case for you. We often run into issues with HUD foreclosures that are ultimately out of my control. This should have been managed or communicated better on my end. I hope that you'll give us a chance to make it up in the future and would like to extend a discount on future services.
