Hello Chisom and Dane! I hope you both are well. To be perfectly honest, I can not connect this review with any particular situation that happened between us. But I understand your frustration. Sometimes things out of both our control can happen and I am very sorry you both didn't get the opportunity to get this property since my landlord and the tenant decided to extend their lease for much longer. We did our best even returning the application fee back to you guys (even though wasn't necessary) but I thought I was a good gesture. I appreciate your review and want you to know that I will be on top of this to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you very much!
