I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, and I’d like to clarify a few things. As a professional, I always strive to give every client my full attention—whether they’re ready to buy now or down the road. After connecting you with a trusted lender, I was informed that you’d need approximately 12 months to improve your qualifications for a purchase. Based on that, I gave honest feedback about the likelihood of securing seller financing with no down payment, especially in this market where such terms are extremely rare. It was never my intention to come across as dismissive, and I truly apologize if my communication felt that way. I simply didn’t want to waste your time—or get your hopes up—on something highly unlikely to succeed given the circumstances.
