I wanted to respond to this because I believe there was a deep misunderstanding and the claims you are making are pretty serious. I will first apologize for any inconvenience. I do not look at the Zillow profile that is filled out due to it not consistently being filled out by the majority of (300+) potential tenants. The timeline was 7/17 @ 1:25 PM- Your initial inquiry -7/17 @ 5:12 PM - Prescreening questions sent-7/17 @ 9:12 PM- You sent your response. We left for vacation the next day and just returned this past Saturday. My mistake was not putting a 'vacation' message up. I typically 'Clock out' around 5PM most days and you did not send your response until after 9PM that evening. There was no intention of ignoring that you were only in town for a couple of days and there was certainly zero way of knowing that you were a gay couple as we have never met and you never disclosed that in any email. So I am not sure on what grounds or why that accusation would ever have been made.
