We have attached proof for your reference. Lease Fee: Dina informed you that the $45 lease drafting fee was already paid, and there was no expectation for you to pay it again. Lease Agreement: We encourage all clients to review the full lease agreement. If you have specific legal concerns, we recommend consulting a lawyer to clarify any points. Appliance Responsibility: We want to clarify that tenants are only responsible for appliances if damage is caused by them, and this was not our intent to mislead.
