Sadly, this client had two other contracts for purchase that failed, and I was the second agent on the job... Being a first time buyer can be overwhelming, but increasing the offer was a choice made by the buyer and effected the agent's income very little. All the repairs requested to seller were made and re inspected before closing. The listing agent was the only agent working for the seller. There was no indication until now the buyer was not satisfied with the process.
