Dear Holly (Karine), This review not only shocks me but also saddens me. You closed on this property almost a year ago and you and I had a great relationship during the transaction and for the almost year now after the transaction. During this last year since you closed on the transaction, you have texted me and disclosed many items that you found wrong with the property after closing. You then contacted me recently to re-list the property. When I told you we would have to disclose all of those items that you've told me were wrong with the property, all of the sudden there weren't many issues with the property. That is when I advised you that I could not take the listing and it would be better for you to list with another agent. You were a referral to me from customers that I've done business with for many years and I wish you could have given me a stellar review as they did. I wish you nothing but the best.
