Hello Ruth, I am sorry you feel you were represented in a way that didn't suit you. That is never my intensions to make someone feel that way. But in response- I did tell you I was writing the offers, but the clients family member (Who was out of state) was who "put" the offer together. and you did understand that because you personally talked to the family member/agent, prior to me writing the offer. In no way was I trying to mislead you. It shows 100% on all paperwork those intentions. Every item we spoke about was truthful and factual. I am sorry if you did not understand those agreements. If you were to have concerns I was there to listen, I tried my best and my Principle broker did also, as she was helping guide me through your difficult transaction/Personality the whole transaction. I do and always will have both my clients best interest in mind if I am representing both sides. I am sorry you feel this situation was not to your liking, I hope you the best and hope your life is filled with more positivity.
