The above is not and never has been a client. She is the girlfriend of a buyer who did not follow any terms of the contractual agreement between the boyfriend and seller. Girlfriend called the seller directly which is not appropriate. After not being able to secure lending for the home, buyer requested to look at an alternative home out of my area and I declined to show. Girlfriend then summitted the above. Word to the wise,,,, always listen to your instincts! This buyer was a former client who asked for my help during the winter months. When I met him at the first home with this new girlfriend, I instinctively thought do not get involved.... always listen to your instincts people!
