Thank you for your review. I appreciate your feedback and would like to address the points you've raised. Regarding the name spelling, I do recall that it was corrected as per our discussions. In the conversation you're referring to, my comment “You agreed to this” was in response to your concerns about the building inspection items. You and your husband had previously agreed on the seller addressing certain issues, and it seemed that you were seeking additional remedies after the negotiation period had ended. You signed a 6 month agreement which is typical in the industry. This market has been incredibly fast and yes, there were times we were unable to view a house before it was under contract. I was unable to attend your closing due to a medical appointment for my husband, but I did inform you in advance. I completed the walk-through on your behalf the night before, and I’m glad to hear you were pleased with it. I wish you all the best in your new home.
