We did have some challenges! Location had to be right because you were both headed in different directions for work. As first time buyers, I wanted to make sure the right home also had enough updating so that you would be comfortable for years to come without major repairs or updates. I know you were looking for a fixer upper to start as many young buyers do. But in the end, financially it is usually best to get into a home that is already maintained well. It was great working with you!
