The review above is totally false! the reviews below are clients I sold to or for. There was never any mention of a dentist I knew the house would be hard to sell because it was only 25 or 30 ft from the river and it had flooded several times-several ft. of water on the first floor and flood insurance is very expensive now! It did eventually sell to a dentist but an agent in my office sold it to him not me and it was a relative of hers. He bought it to use for a kayak type business on the river. They didn't live in it I imagine this sellers former neighbors told them a dentist bought it. I didn't know the dentist and never mentioned a dentist when I listed it!! I haven't worked recently with Zillow and am just getting reconnected so will be having more clients respond. I am now with Coldwell Banker Penn One in Lewisburg.
