Robert, I have served your wife’s family for 10 years in multiple transactions and have received no less than 7 referrals from them to family and friends, including you and your wife and your wife’s grandmother, brother, and uncle. We have all had good experiences working together and my service to them has been rewarded with knowing I have served clients who were happy with my service and their home purchases, and were kind to refer further business to me. Your statements in this review do not reflect the 20 months of our working relationship together with excellent communication from me and my team and your and your wife's committed reliance on my service, advice, and consultation through multiple offers and contracts to help your family eventually find the right home and help bring you to a successful settlement. These statements are, instead, a reaction to an experience that occurred over a period of two or three days where you and I had an unusually tiring round of phone tag a week or two before settlement. I attempted five phone calls to you, in between appointments with other clients, at differing hours of the day-- morning, afternoon, and evening, and had no success in reaching you. We were fortunate to reach your wife by phone shortly thereafter and review a few items that were best discussed over the phone. I see that the date you left this review was the second day of my multiple attempts to reach you about some good news involving your settlement. I thank you, your wife, and her family for the years of loyalty to me and my team. I am happy you bought such a beautiful, well-cared-for home in a highly desirable neighborhood close to family.
