I am deeply grateful for your kind words of support. This has certainly been an interesting project and process going through a pre-construction transaction. All we saw when we met with the developers representing agent was a massive hole in ground, a few floor plans and a sample board of intended materials. It takes a leap of faith to contract for a home in this way along with a lot of due diligence on the developers previous developments and history. That with a fabulous location and a new complex is born. Your patience has been immense though the multiple delays to completion and am thrilled to see you settled happily into your stunning, new construction condo in the heart of Newtonville. May you be happy there for many, many years to come.

From that first meeting at the airport when I collected you through spending the initial touring day together, I knew we were going to be a great fit. The real test is when my relocation client wants answers and your questions were spot on. Feedback is imperative particularly when you were not local and I was your eyes and ears for previews. You made the process very easy because you told me everything you liked, everything you didn't and what you were willing to accept or what you would consider unacceptable. With limited market inventory, it took a little bit longer to find the right property yet we were ultimately successful closing just before the end of the year. What a fabulous way to bring in the New Year! It has been an honor to be a part of the process assisting you in getting settled into the Boston area. Welcome!
