LA Properties has been in business for 10 years, we offer an updated home at a reasonable rent. Thank you for your review we will address each issue. 1. Lease Paid Out, Repairs and Damage-Tenant consented to breaking lease, unpaid rent and damages through legal channels. 2. Home infestation-Tenant signed a second year lease March of 2018. 3. Timely Repairs-We responded within hours and had HVAC working same day. To Potential Tenants: We have local professional companies that respond quickly to any maintenance issues; most are corrected within hours that same day. We own this property and maintain it to the highest standards possible. All we ask from our tenants is that they adhere to the lease agreement and keep the property clean.
