    We were having a hard time finding a place in the area we wanted until we found Kyle's condo listed on Zillow. Great find. Would recommend to others. I would work with him again.

    As an investor, we purchased HUD houses. Kyle did some of work, arranged for contractors and inspections and as a result buyers received a comfortable quality home and we made a profit!
