Tomorra is the worst tenant I've come across in the 14 years I've been a landlord. She is renting a room on a weekly basis, paid for the first week and has not paid anything since and refuse to leave while at the same time writing negative reviews. Due to the pandemic the courts are closed so the eviction has been filed but is just sitting there for 4 months; and she definitely lets me know that I cannot put her out because of the pandemic. So she's in my house, not paying any bills, decided to get cable installed on my house, even though it was in our agreement that she cannot alter the house in any way without permission. If the house was so bad then she should've moved after the first week, but it's 4 months later and she's still there harassing me and the other roommates.
