Dear Simon Rosenfeld, thank you so much for taking the time to review my performance.I really appreciate your feedback about my knowledge about Rhinebeck and my responsiveness. I respectfully disagree about what you are saying about my service. Real estate transactions are complex, and all are different. You have seen how hard I worked to make this happen, we worked on this for weeks. I spent hours with several contractors to give you bids. In the end, the 3 lawyers on the seller's side ran out of patience and put the house back on the market. I am sorry you lost the house.
