He wanted us to give him a security deposit before we got to see the lease( did not do that). This review was not one of Our properties but for a friend. Unfortunately, the landlord did not Accept you due to your lack of morals/integrity. 1. ANY reputable company will charge a fee to pull a background check, eviction records and criminal records. 2. It is customary to get a deposit to hold a property. 3. We did not get a deposit. We gave you an opportunity but you continued to lie and push time lines. We had MANY tenants we could have rented the property to but we believed Your blatant lies. This property is currently rented to reputable people. 4. As for the appliances as with anything else in the house, if you are the cause of an issue/you break it you pay to fix it. You have totally misrepresented us and the landlord. We hope that your lack of integrity does not boil over to your supposed new job through ACN.
