We aim to provide excellent service, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell short in your case. Regarding the issues you experienced, I must share that some of these shortcomings arose due to actions and decisions made by one of our former partners, who was responsible for the areas you mentioned. Unfortunately, their approach to managing bandwidth and addressing client concerns did not meet our standards, which affected your experience. We have since taken measures to restructure and ensure that our property management processes are more efficient, proactive, and aligned with the level of professionalism our clients deserve.
