Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I sincerely apologize for the challenges and frustration you encountered during your time working with us. First and foremost, I want to acknowledge your concerns regarding slow response times, missed tenant requests, and difficulty communicating with our associated broker. We aim to provide excellent service, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell short in your case. Regarding the issues you experienced, I must share that some of these shortcomings arose due to actions and decisions made by one of our former partners, who was responsible for the areas you mentioned. Unfortunately, their approach to managing bandwidth and addressing client concerns did not meet our standards, which affected your experience. We have since taken measures to restructure and ensure that our property management processes are more efficient, proactive, and aligned with the level of professionalism our clients deserve. While this may not change your past experience, please know that we are committed to improving.
