Several years ago, my husband and I decided to purchase an investment property.  It was a pretty big deal for us.  We had a strict budget (and it wasn't much) and could barely scrape together the 25% down, but we were determined to have an "income property"!

I scoured the internet to find properties and as well as an associate to represent us- reading bios and accolades and eventually found a "successful" one.  They arrived the morning...
