    Don’t ever rent from them they are the worst they don’t fix anything can’t pass inspections they just want to take people hard earned money last night the celling collapse on my son and I it was terrible I plan on taking them to court ASAP

    We love our military and as the owner's family is retired military and several employees are either in or spouses of the military. Our company has high regards for the military community and have several tenants that are military. Mr. Dean's complaint was addressed and credits were issued to him for several items such as paint peeling in the kitchen, a satellite dish and damages done by the tenant to the storm door handle. We very fair in everything we do and explained to Mr. Dean that prior to his occupancy this property had been completely renovated. To include but not limited to: fresh paint, new flooring, new exterior door and storm door hardware, blinds (13), complete new bathroom renovation, new lighting throughout and thoroughly cleaned.
