There's inaccurate information in this review. In this transaction - the landlord was our client, not Mr. Brown. With all our leasing transactions, the decision to accept applicants and set lease terms is the decision of our client - not us. Mr. Brown's application was accepted by the landlord on 7/6/24 and the landlord proposed a start lease date of 7/9/2024 - which requires payment of rent from 7/9/24-7/31/24 along with security deposit at lease signing. Mr. Brown wanted the lease to start on 8/1/24 which would have held the property rent-free for almost an entire month. The landlord did not agree to this start date and instructed us to put the property back on the market – which we did.
