I inquired about a property and he e-mailed me that he couldn't find the MLS. I sent another e-mail to inquire if the property did/didn't exist. Again, i got a "can't find it" answe...

This buyer called me with information about a property that could not be verified on our local Multi-Listing-Service. Nor could I find it in our county records. It isn't as if I didn't try, but wiith inadequate or no information listed anywhere, it is not possible for any Realtor to move forward. The area that I work in is Maricopa, and I have a good understanding of our city, as well as refrences from past clients. I live here and have supplied the local newspaper with information on the homes sold. It is unfortunate that I couldn't help him, nor do I know anything about Flagstaff, where I belive he was looking. I don't know other Realtors that may work there. I have closed transactions with buyers from Zillow wanting to buy in Maricopa, and this is the first time that someone has complained. I am the first to admit that house buying or selling can be frustrating for all concerned, but it remains that one must perservere. Kent Richards.
