I'm sorry you feel this way. You did hire me to sell your home in Lakewood Wa. While I appreciate your opinion, it is verifiably false. The home is in dilapidated condition with water damage, live electrical wires hanging from the ceilings, missing flooring and in need of a full remodel to make the home properly habitable. The home and garage are so full, that I paid my trash hauler to take 12 yards of trash away - at my expense in order to be able to see the interior of the home. We put the property on the market, after a thorough analysis of the condition and market value, knowing investors would be the most likely buyers. I showed the house myself and we had many showings from agents. We brought you 3 different offers from prospective cash buyers. The first I negotiated up $35,000 and the second I negotiated up $50,000. Based on the home condition, it is understandable that you were not happy that the offers did not meet your expectations. We were well on our way to getting you the price you wanted when you started cancelling showings. During a followup call, you disclosed you had a medical condition and would be spending a significant amount of time in the hospital and wanted to take the house off the market. I immediately sent the paperwork to do this, knowing health is far more important than selling the house base what you disclosed. At your request later, we amended the off market to a cancellation. We wish you well on your move to New Mexico and have an open line if you want to talk.
