I am a long time member of the Apartment Association of Northwest Pennsylvania, an organization of professional landlords.  I've been a professional landlord since 2008.  I take my job very seriously and always strive to treat my residents with the utmost respect and fairness.  When an issue or problem arises, I take prompt action to resolve things.  I take great pride in my properties and work hard to properly maintain them.  I have 14 one bedro...

    This has been my first apartment and Keith has been nothing short of grand in pretty much every aspect, He has his rules but has been more than accommodating to me.

    New to the city of Erie. I am from the south. You aren't Judged in your own home for smoking cigarettes or charged a double security deposit if you do! I feel that is wrong. All people aren't the same & I'm a college student, at least I'm making ...

    I don't know what this person thinks "Smokers are asked to please look elsewhere." means, when that is stated in the ad. If an apartment listing clearly states that it is non-smoking, it would be best to look elsewhere for an apartment that allows smoking, rather than bashing the landlord of the non-smoking apartment. We never met each other and this person never saw the apartment, but somehow they are able to give low ratings for punctuality, work quality, etc. The apartment is priced below the average for a 1 bedroom in Erie, yet this person gives a low rating for "price" also. This person requested to see the apartment two different times, using different user names (same phone number/email.) After they left their negative feedback here, they sent yet another request to schedule a viewing. Go figure.
