Ms. Parker, I offer my apologies if you thought I was being rude, that was not my intent. You mentioned your lease was not up until September and with the home you were inquiring about, currently being vacant, it was not one that would be available when you would be ready. You mentioned contacting your apartment and I suggested you contact them now to see if they would work with you on terminating sooner and if not, you were looking for a new place ahead of schedule. I was in no way implying you had broken your lease, just that it is harder to find a place if a broken lease is on your credit. As far as not knowing who you were, I had spoken to several people that morning and wanted to confirm with which one I was speaking. I hope you find the perfect, bigger home for your growing family. Again, my apologies, if you perceived my tone as rude.
