Mr. Hammer, I am so sorry that you were not happy. As you can tell, I normally receive 5 star reviews. I was pleased to get you not one but two full price contracts,....a primary and a backup just in case things went awry...for $20,000 more than you were originally willing to accept. It did take five months to close due to zoning hearing issues, but you chose to extend both of the contracts several times during the proceedings. I know you became angry with me when I would not cave to what I thought were unreasonable demands that you made of me. I never wish to have unhappy clients, so I wish you well with future real estate endeavors.
