Hi Arman, Unfortunately your claim is completely false. You kept showing up to our listing without an appointment and the seller did not want that to happen. We asked you kindly per THEIR request to stop showing up. They were incredibly uncomfortable and did not want you to show up again. We showed you our listing, presented your offer and it was rejected. You kept asking us to cut our commissions (which we actually did!) in an effort to make your offer work however you were out bid significantly by another buyer. The NET proceeds to our seller client was way more and frankly after the stunts you pulled, he didn’t want to deal with you. We sincerely urge you to get proper representation versus attempting to contact sellers directly and cut the agents/realtors out who have performed countless hours of work and invested tremendously into their business. You’re putting sellers at risk also by doing so with agency agreements that are in place. Your attempts to be shady were not appreciated nor were they tolerated by my team. As for the Green Valley listing, you were NEVER denied a showing request. Another false claim. The seller there too received an offer that you could not have competed with. Please seek professional help.
