Kathy Liss

Hi my name is Kathy Liss and I have been upgrading homes that need tender loving care for five years.  We also, have moved into the new build market and are looking for more vacant land to provide homes for families.  We generally purchase through the foreclosure market, but also purchase direct from home owners.  My favorite part of this job is to see the before and after results and to provide a renovated, like new home to buyers.
