Unfortunately, the style of this townhouse had lots of limitations. Although we had a buyer or two or three about every week, and, the price was one of the lower end units because of the floor plan, most young buyers looking had children and they not want to be separated from their little ones and they did not want to climb three flights of stairs to the bedrooms. The clients referred to any house is based on size and price typically. However, after the winter months were over, the town home did sell at the price range we suggested in October and the seller and new owners are happy at the end of the day. Congrats Tim.
