In a sea of 5 Star ratings, I find it sad to be shut out of helping you achieve the sale of your home. I worked so hard and provided you with so many marketing opportunities, including a custom website for your home. I diligently and carefully worked to guide you through the challenges of selling your particular home. It's unfortunate that you chose not to listen to my advice regarding market-indicated price adjustments. I feel that your disappointment in the lack of a sales contract has impacted your viewpoint. It's distressing that in the midst of our Exclusive Listing Agreement, you began to consult with other Realtors - and refused to answer my well-intentioned calls, texts and emails. I feel sad that Mrs. was unable to continue working due to the Corona Virus shutdown. I am sorry that you, along with many others, are facing such a difficult time. I wish you the best and hope that your home will sell soon, so you can fulfill your dream of a life in a lovely oceanside community.
