I’m sorry you feel this way about your experience. However, the majority of the claims you’ve made are inaccurate. Throughout the process, I acted professionally and in good faith, including advising you to deliver your binder through the preferred and secure methods of cashier’s check or wire transfer, which you declined. Despite the challenges, I ensured your binder deposit was returned to you within the appropriate timeframe, without the need for attorneys or legal action. While I understand real estate transactions can sometimes feel stressful, I handled the situation appropriately and within my responsibilities as a Realtor. It’s also important to note that similar patterns appear in your reviews with other agents, where binders are delivered improperly, performance under contract is not completed, and cancellations occur. I wish you the best moving forward.
