    My first negative review! I guess you can't win them all. This review was apparently written by someone who was not a party to the transaction. I have never met the reviewer. I am not sure what would compel someone to write a review based on third hand information, this is akin to me writing a review of a restaurant I have never been to, but my wife has, and she says the service is awful! At any rate, a market analysis was prepared , we arrived at a price based on comparable sales. The home sold in short order. Unfortunately the appraisal came in low. The discrepancy in price was due to a softening market, several homes had subsequently closed at lower prices, driving down the value that the appraiser based his valuation on. The sellers where obviously not happy, but where buying another home, and had to continue on with the transaction. When an appraisal comes in low, it certainly can cause some consternation. And apparently it can get you a negative review as well!
