This caller was argumentative from the get go and non accepting of the fact that the owner did not want Cats. There is a field in the MLS that says, "consider pets", which was checked as "YES", since the owner would consider a small dog. How the various sites that the listing gets syndicated to interprets that, can be problematic at times.
