This contact was someone who asked me if I knew where the property lines where. I stated that a survey/plat wasn't available at the present time. She then asked me to draw up some imaginary lines of the property and send that to her. In all of my years in Real Estate I've never had someone(serious buyer or not) ask me to make up some imaginary lines for a property. I'm not a person who's willing to just make up something just to make a sale! Long story short, yes I refused to draw up some imaginary lines just to please this contact/prospect!
