    I always recommend that clients look at a house before doing an application, and ask them what they have on their credit, but I can't approve anyone without seeing the actual credit - I don't make a penny off credit reports. I have a property for rent right now in Saint Cloud for $950 and this property is actually $1075 - so none of the about makes sense at all.
