    We were going to list our house with Julie but her review of the market price and what we should ask were way too low for my taste. We ended up selling 3 years later with another friend that gave us a great % deal and we made $60k more from the sale...

    Hello there Silentsword. I take my job seriously and when I have an unhappy client it kills me. I am so sorry if this actually is a real review. Sadly, I cannot price a home according to someone's "taste." I am a certified Pricing Strategist Advisor and I find it hard to believe that I would ever recommend someone sell their home for 60K less than it is worth. I work on commission so obviously I always do my research and list it for as much as possible. Pre-covid the real estate market was vastly different than it is now. Home prices are soaring compared to a few years ago so it would be no surprise if you did sell it for more. That being said, I find it odd that your review comes from "silent sword." I searched all of my records and have no client I have ever done business with using that name. Furthermore, my records reflect I did not do any home listing consultations in 50009 during that time period either. Unfortunately, these review platforms are something that is beyond our control as agents and we are subject to receiving poor reviews from whomever is out there that wants to take the time to attempt to damage someone's reputation. Sadly, some people use it as a way to hurt someone or their business due to personal reasons and I have a feeling this may be the case here. The name "silent sword" indicates revenge in my interpretation. Regardless, if you indeed are a real person, real client, or someone I have done business with in an unsatisfactory manner a conversation face to face or even over the phone would have been nice because I care about my clients and always strive to provide top notch service. As a human who makes mistakes, I ALWAYS have an open ear and mind about ways I can improve. If you are truly a past client please call me as I know you would have my contact information and I would love to talk to you. Congratulations on getting your home sold and I wish you the best.

    Thanks for taking time to share a review. It is unfortunate that we weren't able to work together. A brokerage in Colorado where you live sends me referrals, as they know that I am a top agent in the area, genuinely care and give great customer service. I was actually grateful and happy to see yet another referral come from them. It wasn't until after you and I spoke on the phone for the very first time ,I could tell our personalities weren't a good match. That is why I immediately called the referring agent/brokerage and recommended they refer you to a different agent. I told them I wanted it to be a positive experience for all involved and that I could tell already, based on several factors, that may not happen. I was quite surprised and a bit taken back at your negative attitude, unwillingness to listen, condescending remarks, and your inability to treat me with respect. Those are a few things that made that determination for me. I could sense that it made you angry that I had chosen not to work with you, but it was when your text messages took things to another level that I realized I was dealing with a very "unique" personality and I actually felt a bit threatened. After asking you to cease communications with me and you continually kept harassing me, I finally had to communicate with you in a way that finally got you to leave me be. Unfortunately, your review/commentary only reflects a small portion of what actually occurred and of course I am sure it was a knee jerk reaction out of emotion for you to write such a review. Let's be honest, we only spoke the one time...therefore, there is no way for you to even give an accurate, honest review. It is quite clear that this is one of those, "I'll get her" types of reviews that sometimes angry people need to get out of their system. It goes with the territory when as an agent you are on platforms where people can write whatever they want and get away with it. The good news is I forgive you and I hope you find a beautiful new home you can be proud of.
