Hi Jenny. I don't know why, but your review just posted to my account. It's been a while, but I wanted to respond. I am very sorry that you weren't happy with my services. Out of my 58 reviews, 56 have been 5 stars. I appreciate your honesty in my review, but wish you would have said something to me during the purchasing process. You are such an intelligent young woman, who asked great questions when you didn't understand something. I made the mistake of assuming that you would ask questions if you didn't understand something. I am sorry for making an assumption instead of making sure you understood the process. Not being in the luxury market had nothing to do with me letting you down. I help buyers & sellers who are part of Boulder's affordable housing program, as well as multi-million dollar clients and everything in between. I treat every transaction the same because regardless of your price point, it's usually the biggest purchase you've ever made. My goal is 100% satisfaction. I sincerely apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with my services. If you are ever in the market to buy or sell, I hope that you will give me another try so that I can provide you with the care and service that you deserve.
