I really appreciate the loyalty of these and all of my clients. This property is fantastic and priced over a million dollars. These types of properties are difficult to sell in this market and in all of the back country areas even in a good market. It takes a long time. However it only takes one qualified and discriminating buyer to come along and fall in love with this home. They're like searching for a needle in a hay stack. I am committed to the search and feel confident that we will find a buyer.

Thank you for the review. As a back country agent I pride myself in attending all of the inspections including septic! (yuck) I'm there to answer questions, make as many areas of the property accessible as possible, and to help clients with issues found in the inspections. I have also found that by attending the inspections I have become more knowledgeable and better able to support clients in decisions and negotiations.
