I am so sorry that you, your husband, and your mother-in-law are still very unhappy. I know your heart was broken when this house did not appraise. We all know that the appraisal came in way too low, but that being said, I completely understand your feelings. I did everything I could to help you purchase this house. Unfortunately, i have no control whatsoever over appraisals, inspection refunds, etc. Regarding the house inspection, you were going away with your husband for Labor Day and wouldn’t return for another five or six days. I advised that I couldn’t hold the house, so you decided to have your mother-in-law attend. I certainly did not pressure you and if you felt I did, I apologize. The inspection issues were so minor, and agents do typically handle them. But your attorney did have the inspection report prior to contract being signed and had every opportunity to bring up further issues, if any. Again, I am very sorry that you and your family are still extremely upset. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control and sometimes, things can fall through. I know I did handle everything and anything I could to the best of my abilities. I found you all to be so wonderful and kind. I wish you and your family the best of everything
