Your home sold for over asking price, with multiple offers and in a very short period of time. I negotiated a rock solid contract to move through to closing. You were kept up to date via phone and email on a very frequent basis and assured me you understood. Psychological games? What I experienced was you were simply untruthful at every turn. I had to vet every phone call and every email from you with a third party to find out what was the truth, which was a professional first for me. You took ownership with communication with the vendors and the choice of what you wanted done. You met with each and communicated directly with them about what was to be done. You renegotiated their scope over and over, and in the end refused to provide the work you had asked them to do or to pay them in a timely manner. Perhaps that’s why those items were not completed? I accomplished my job which was to sell your home for top dollar. Most clients thank me for that.
