I was stationed at Sheppard Air Force base for 4 years and really enjoyed the community. The neighborhood is great for children and full of professionals.  The schools nearby are also some of the best of Wichita Falls. Since there is high demand on larger rental properties in town we decided we would rent it out. We also have a property manager there who will take care of any issues that could come up with the home.
