    Pat and Matt- What can I say? From the first time Pat walked in to Crown Properties and I met him in 2012 on selling the "Horse house" doublewide on land, a few burned out homes that were foreclosures we listed and sold, then land on a hillside that was recreational on Tanwax, getting you into multifamily and to now...we have done a lot of transactions on flips, mulitfamily, houses and now finally got to do your personal home! Last year was a difficult year to get homes sold over 500K due to interest rates being high and the plan we laid out worked well actually, it just took a little while with the contingent buyer to allow for them to try to sell thier home to buy yours. I sincerely appreciate you both and all your patience throught the entire process and all the work you personally put in your busy lives too!

    You ever meet someone you wished you knew 20 years ago? Autie is one of those people! He was referred to me by a mutual friend whom I helped buy a house. We have so much in common and I was so glad to be able to take what was his rental house, do a cosmetic remodel through our Concierge Program where the repairs get paid out of closing and this way we netted him a lot more money (invested 41k and it returned approx 80K!) because he could maximize his value and we got 5 competitive offers!!! Autie will soon be able to be out of the landlord business in WA which is getting harder and harder with current laws they keep passing. I am glad to be able to help!
